Recently Ap Group S.r.l. inaugurated the new operative section dedicated exclusively to the management of the problem of mobbing, an aspect unfortunately in big growth in every public and private work reality.

The mobbing certainly represents one problem of non easy solution, especially because involves contemporaneously in interdependent manner more subjects: the victim that undergoes mobbing, the colleagues, the mobber (i.e. the one that does the mobbing) and organization on different levels (social- relational, economic etc.). Valuation of the problem:
Valuate the problem means using standardized instruments and individual interviews,  in order to determine the presence of mobbing or a suspect for  mobbing inside the organization.
Among the specific instruments for valuation of the problem is the QAM 1.6 (Questionnaire of auto valuation of Mobbing). As for the valuation of the personality are used instruments like the MMPI-2 (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory), the CBA-2 (Cognitive Behavioural Assessment), or the TAT (Test di Appercezione Tematica).

The group has a very important function because permits sharing of the common difficulties  and the individual problematics (centered on the working aspects). Therefore the group represents a resource from which the individual can take an advantage thanks to the help that comes from the other components of the group.
The possibility to organize groups for discussion is connected to the number of requests. Every group is conducted by one or two psychologists.
